The process
Double Diamond Approach
I followed the Design Council‘s Double Diamond model approach to the creative process. The Double Diamond is a simple visual map of the design process. It’s divided into four distinct phases — Discover, Define, Develop and Deliver. I followed the IDEO’s Design Thinking model as a way for the human-centered design to support my choices during the development of roadmap. It gave me a foundation to base my design path on user’s findings.
